JAVA Emergency: I know it’s a hard one, but Can anybody write this program for me please ?

Write a Java application to use the computer in the Eurovision competition.
We assume that 20 states participate in the competition.
Each state gets an identification number between 1 and 20.
The program reads the id number of a state, and the number of points it has
received. The end of the data is marked by reading a negative id number for the
state, and zero for the number of points.
Each state can appear several times in the data, because it can receive points
from several other states.
Example of input data:

The program will print the total number of points that each state receives,
the id number of the state that wins the competition, and the difference in points
between the winning state and its closest competitor.
All the results will be displayed in a JTextArea object that will be created
by the driver class.
Your program should create a class Eurovision for representing a Eurovision
competition.
The instance variable of the class Eurovision is an array of 21 elements that
will hold the number of points each state got.
Provide the class with one constructor with no parameters that creates the
array.
Provide 4 public methods – to read the data, to print the total number of
points each state gets, to find and return the winning state, and to compute
and return the difference in points between the winning state and its closest
competitor.
The method that reads the data will create a Scanner object. The method will
include a loop for reading the id numbers of the states and the number of points
they have received. The points will be added to the corresponding element of the
array.
Warning: make sure that the index is not negative BEFORE adding the points to the
array element.
The method that prints the results will get a parameter of type JTextArea. The other
methods do not get parameters.
If you need to change the array elements in the last method, change them
temporarily. Also note that there is no need to sort the array.
Create a driver class TestEurovision that has a main method that creates
an Eurovision object to perform the program tasks.
I suspect that you will have to do it yourself, it is NOT interesting enough for anyone familiar with programming…

Biker bash with a harely davidson parade.
Heavey metal rocker with slash like guitarist and Song like November rain or better… Hell go the whole hog and have Lordi doing the music in full custume who one the eurovision contest in h
Halloween outfits, lots of passion there…
Hippy or ravey wedding… note that covers all the theme, decore, location and where would be the location and all the guests dressed up and activities at the reception etc.
These are some idea to get the ball rolling…
If you are not formal in life why have a formal wedding? ie thats miserable…

Its a waste of time, they look for someone new, and they’re all rubbish.
They shouldn’t let Andrew-Lloyd Webber write the song.

Not long ago i got sent a link to this hilarious video. The video was of a live music show, possibly Eurovision, and possibly 80’s maybe even 70’s, But instead of hearing the show you could hear the director behind the scenes screaming and shouting at the cameras, graphics and VT guys. It was so bloody funny but i cannot find it!
Any one seen this, know what it’s called or where i can find it.
And yes i’ve tried youtube, google video and every other site with no results!! It’s driving me mental!

I am male and bi, and i have always felt there my interest in Eurovision has clarified that for me, that i’m not totally straight. Same feeling here?

a little voting competition for everyone. list your top 5 countries who you feel have performed best?
military and security wise, based on history, performance in wars, counter terrorism , counter espionage, homeland security etc. this will include army, navy, and airforce, also security services, police and intelligence. the first placed country will recieve 5 points down to 5th placed recieving 1 point. i will post the results in 3 days. you must state what country you are from and you CANNOT vote for your own country, a bit like the eurovision song contest (except there will be no cheating in this). i will start the ball rolling. i am FROM the UK and my vote is as follows

If Europe tried to invade the USA. The Europeans would get slaughtered. I will name the reasons why.
1. We have the greatest Navy on earth.
2. The ships and planes that managed to get past would be slaughtered on our beaches.
3. They would have to fight our military and every citizen with a gun. And we have lots of guns.
4. We have the USMC which is the greatest fighting force since the Spartains of old
5. Our terrain is mountainous, deserts, swamps, prairie. Our citizens would pick Europeans off easy.
6. Europeans besides the UK are cowardly people who have become totaly dependant on their socalist governments. So they would be afraid to fight Americans.
7. Americans would fight to the death except our liberal citizens. Who would protest us killing Europeans and global warming due to gun fire.
8. France would be hurting the Europeans because they would have to wait up for them.
9 AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST….. GOD IS ON OUR SIDE!!!
